গত ৪নভেম্বর ২০২২ তারিখে ভয়েস অব আমেরিকা এর বাংলা বিভাগের অনলাইন মাধ্যমে প্রকাশিত খবর অনুযায়ী জানা যায় যে, বাংলাদেশের কুষ্টিয়া জেলায় নির্বাচিত ইউপি সদস্য যৌন সংখ্যালঘু রূপান্তরকামী নারী পায়েল খাতুন কুষ্টিয়া জেলায় তৃতীয় লিঙ্গের প্রথম নির্বাচিত জন প্রতিনিধি।

Bangladeshi human rights organization JusticeMakers Bangladesh has expressed its deep concern and anger over the attempt to expulsion of a sexual minority homosexual community teacher from the college on charges of homosexuality with students in Dhamrai, Dhaka.

At the same time, Justice Makers Bangladesh strongly demanded that the culprits involved in the incident should be bring before the book after quick and impartial investigation.

According to the news published in the online newspaper risingbd.com on November 2, 2022 AD, it is known that 30 students have written a complaint to the Upazila Nirbahi Officer against Aminul Islam, the senior lecturer of the geography department of Bhalum Ataur Rahman Khan Degree College in Dhamrai, Dhaka seeking remedy for homosexuality.

গত ০২ নভেম্বর ২০২২ খ্রীষ্টাব্দ তারিখে অনলাইন পত্রিকা রাইজিং বিডি ডট কম এ প্রকাশিত খবর আনুযায়ী জানা যায় ঢাকার ধামরাইয়ে ভালুম আতাউর রহমান খান ডিগ্রি কলেজের ভূগোল বিভাগের জ্যেষ্ঠ প্রভাষক আমিনুল ইসলামের বিরুদ্ধে সমকামীতার প্রতিকার চেয়ে উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসারের কাছে ৩০ শিক্ষার্থী লিখিত অভিযোগ করেছে।

Bangladeshi human rights organization JusticeMakers Bangladesh has expressed deep concern and aggrieved over the killing of the sexual minority transgender community people in Rangpur, northern part of Bangladesh.

At the same time, JusticeMakers Bangladesh has demanded that to give exemplary punishment to the criminal involved in the brutal murder of the transgender woman after quick and impartial investigation.

According to the news published on the online newspaper KTV.com on October 11, 2022, it is known that on the morning of October 9, Pirganj police station recovered the dead body of a transgender woman lying in the Patal field of Laldighi after receiving the information of killing.

গাইবান্ধার ফুলছড়ি উপজেলায় বুদ্ধি প্রতিবন্ধী দলিত (রবিদাস জনগোষ্ঠী) কিশোরী ধর্ষণের ঘটনায় মানবাধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠান জাস্টিসমেকার্স বাংলাদেশ গভীর উদ্বেগ প্রকাশ করেছে।

একই সাথে উল্লেখিত ধর্ষণের সাথে জড়িত  ধর্ষনকারীদের অনতিবিলম্বে গ্রেফতার ও দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তির দাবী করেছে জাস্টিসমেকার্স বাংলাদেশ।

বিশ্বস্ত সূত্রে জানা যায় যে, গাইবান্ধা জেলার ফুলছড়ি উপজেলায় উদাখালী ইউনিয়নের বুদ্ধি প্রতিবন্ধী দলিত কিশোরীকে অত্র ইউনিয়নের জনৈক ময়নাল দীর্ঘদিন ধরে প্রতিবন্ধিতা ও দারিদ্রতার সুযোগে ধর্ষণ করে আসছিল।
